Should these recent events disqualify him?
1. He took classified documents and stored them in unlocked rooms.
2. He had dinner with two known antisemitic men.
3. He is now talking about suspending the Constitution.

Should he disqualify himself? In 2020 he said Biden was too old to become President. If Trump is reelected in 2024, he will be five months older than the age Biden was in 2020.

As a true patriot, anyone who violates the constitution (tried to steal an election, wanted to disrupt the peaceful transition of power) should not be president.

Not to mention he is the biggest liar and worst president in HISTORY.

A mute point though, he lost in a fair election before half the treasonous things he did came to light. Does anyone truly believe he would win after that?

My feeling is that he has no chance of winning. He lost more support that his ego will allow him to admit. Even if he is not the Republican nominee, I think he will run as an Independant, and this will split the conservative vote. Basically handing the Oval office back to the Deomocrats. If the former President really wants what is best for the country, he will fade to the background and quietly support whoever the Republicans can find. As to the points SFC Kelly made, I bet you can make these same points about most of our living former and present Presidents. Don't forget Biden and his document issues too, as well as some of the racial comments he has made. The thing that scares me more than Biden is if VP Harris were to take over. She is so far out that California got rid of her.

At least Biden AND Pence cooperated on their document misplacement screw-ups. Sassymouth traitortrump didn't, you can't depend on him to cooperate on anything. He's so egotistical he says he's the 'Chosen One' and can do anything he wants to. I don't really care at this point about which party gets what, trump is a scourge. He's a treasonous Caligula who is not a Republican, not a Democrat, not an Indy, not a Green but a fascist dictator pig. Biden, Harris, the rest are human beings and trump isn't. I don't worry about politics or partisan issues now but as a veteran who served to protect this nation from totalitarian bullshit, I want trump punished for ALL his crimes. That's the only thing that matters in this department.

They both need to go away to a retirement home. The current state of America is sad to look at. The rest of the world is laughing at us. We did have a growing economy when Trump was there, but he just could not keep that mouth closed. Now we have a puppet in the office, who barely knows what day it is. Both parties need to wake up and bring new blood into the election race. People that don't have ties to party agenda's that are not good for the whole country.

He showed great integrity. It's rare. He might have been a good national leader like Eisenhower or Truman.

I’m leaving this website. This isn’t a website for Veterans, it’s a website for people who want to spread political falsehoods. Y’all have fun with that. Take care and be blessed

On the day Biden was inaugurated, he was 78 years, 2 months old. If Trump wins again, he will be 78 years, 7 months, 6 days old; that is 5 months, 6 days older than Biden at the same point.

I am not claiming advanced age should be a disqualifier; I am merely reiterating what Trump said during the 2020 campaign.

I think he should do the right thing and discreetly support a conservative candidate who actually has a chance to win. I think the midterms showed that he alienated enough voters to allow the Democrats to capture more "middle of the road" votes. His rhetoric has become more and more like the ramblings of a mad man. Almost as bad as Sleepy Joe's incoherent babbling.
I voted for him twice. I would vote for an independent before voting for him again.

You cannot use “Trump” and “discreet” in the same sentence. He hasn’t been doing much campaigning lately, but it is still early. Some people have speculated that DeSantis will get the Republican nomination, and that Trump will start his own party. That could split the Republican vote and ensure a Democratic win. Unfortunately, there has not been a viable Independent candidate since John Anderson in 1980. You can always write in “Mickey Mouse”; I’ve done it.

SFC Kathy Pepper - You are right about the oxymoron. Almost as bad as "Jumbo Shrimp". Hopefully he has realized that his alliance with the majority of voting Republicans has gone sour. At the very least I hope he can just keep his mouth shut long enough for us to get someone elected that will bring us back more towards reality.
