Now that classified material has been found on Hillary’s personal email server, should she be prosecuted? What would happen if you or I took this material home?

General Petraeus got sacked for alleged leak of classified system. If I had classified email on MY home system, I would be charged. Bring her up on charges. Fair is Fair.

LTC (Join to see), if it's s punishable offense which I don't see why it wouldn't be and they have hard concrete evidence against her, than why not? Politicians have been prosecuted for far less in the past.

I would not need your intent, just the fact that it is yours and you did not control it. Guilty. Rookie Counterintelligence agents should be able to do this short case.

Perhaps it's just another vast right-wing conspiracy.
