While I think that would be a good idea, I also think that using those would create a very large can of worms that no one wants to open.

If the tool is there, Use it! I suspect that the cost is a bit prohibitive at this point though.

Use it, yes. Where and how is the real question.

It's like New York's "Stop & Frisk" Policy. Anyone can tell you that is a bad policy. The only people who want it are those abusing it.

This tool, in and of itself is not invasive, but it can be used in an invasive manner. And that's the crux.
