Should military members be separated/discharged for refusing the COVID vaccinations?

It’s been awhile but the military stopped forcing soldiers to be Guinea pigs I had to take the swine flu shot in 76 Since the last time I looked is was still in place not to force experimental vaccine on soldiers and that’s exactly what the Chinese virus vaccine is experimental

I am on the fence about this. At the time the order was given, it was a lawful order, therefore I complied. However, with the recent court ruling in Texas stating that federal employees cannot be mandated to receive the vaccine, it leaves a grey area. DoD civilians are no longer required, yet green-suiters are required. Are green-suiters not federal employees? It gives the appearance that the DoD is doing what they do well, in that they are interpreting the court ruling in a manner that they see fit. Until the ruling is further clarified for the military (and that needs to happen in an expedient manner), individuals who do not comply with lawful orders should be processed for administrative separation.

In general, I am not in favor of vaccine mandates. That said, I believe in the law of military necessity. It is a real thing and codified by Supreme Court decisions. It doesn't take a military historian to figure out that illness and disease are the source of significant campaign casualties. Those types of casualties impose a significant strain on the medical system and the logistics trains. I am not in favor of medical or religious exemptions for military personnel when it comes to vaccinations. Social distancing isn't an option and placing them in non-combat theater roles (medics) is not effective.

The military is screaming for Recruit to the point it’s affecting Combat Readiness. But wait the military wants to kick good people out for position they can’t fill! My family has fought and served from 1775 to Afghanistan till now. I told my children when it was time to make that Choice to take a knee. Our family has given it all while the Government and Military have attacked our values and beliefs. The military wants woke worriers and BETA Boys. As if they can win Wars with the entire Warrior Class of America telling their kids No to service. And yes there is a Warrior Class in America we are generations of Warriors who have fought, died and killed from day one for this country. But our Country doesn’t want our service anymore so we will not apply. So yes go ahead and kick good people out while the military is bleeding bodies monthly out of the service. Good luck fighting that next war or conflict without your best Warrior Families on the front lines we are staying home on the Farm!

Covid? No, as it is found that the vaccine does not work. If the vaccine worked then the vaccinated could have returned to their jobs without masks.
The Government put into place those that would spread their agenda and ruined those that opposed.
Like I say, "With an open eye, look to your left, look towards your right, turn and look behind you, for the enemy maybe in front of you in plain sight, seek out they enemies, for they walk amongst you."

Ya I'm gonna be the descending vote here I get where military dicipline and adherence to standards is paramount. But removing the politics alone. It was and Continues to be experimental. started out it was for a lifetime then six months now seems they are wrong again and its maybe good for three months. Every other vaccine you are asked to take was tested and had long history of success. this one has been proven to be pretty medeorce at best. So no I don't think it should be a an automatic discharge for refusing it. At least to a point the government is willing to take full financial responsibility for any and all negitive effects before decades of fighting since its experimental. There is no almost no proof it's been anything but devisive.

It's sad that so many people blind follow orders. There have been many an instance were Soldiers claimed, "I was just following orders." That has also been proven to not be an adequate defense if those orders are unlawful. I have taken Anthrax, Smallpox, and several others. If you are blindly following orders, shame on you. The military either wants Soldiers that can think on their feet and question things, or they want robots who just do what they are told. A good leader will always explain the why to get buy in from subordinates. That's just good leadership. Your people need to trust you. There's always a time and place for that, that may have to come later after the mission is done. But keeping your subordinates informed is a tenet of leadership. Sadly too many seniors worry about evaluations and are too soft or scared to speak up. There are too many yes men......see why we went to Vietnam or why we went to Iraq and so many other places because people blindly believed what they were told. NCOs are supposed to the backbone of the military. Either grow one, retire, or ETS. Forcing people to take an experimental vaccine is not part of the greater good or national security.

Ignoring the fact that the MRNA is gene therapy and forcing experimental medical procedures as a violation of section 10 of the Nuremberg code which is international law the United States military should really ponder this question, are they prepared to say goodbye to a steady stream of recruits over enforcing something that is both illegal and immoral? Recruitment rates have fallen faster than an Al Capone witness with cement shoes in the last couple of years what makes you think enforcing this is going to make things better? Do you honestly think people are going to overlook how service members were treated in the past and add this on to it and still sign the contract? The military is run up against some rough competition with more and more businesses offering similar bonuses like tuition assistance for example. If you want to have men and women of the ever diminishing pool of qualified candidates sign on the dotted line it would be wise to not go down this road. Good luck with the draft by the way just in case you're crossing your fingers for that. That's a whole nother can of worms but after Vietnam he will never win that battle with the American people.

Not just NO! To take this "shot" or to order anyone in the military to take this shot is an act of Destruction of Government Property." To go down to a homeless encampment and take some fluid out of the gutter and inject it would be safer than taking this shot. The same government people, like Fauci, who were involved in the design of the virus, also were involved in the design of this shot. The shot never past the FDA's required testing for efficacy and safety, because it can't. Anyone taking this shot is mentally disturbed and following orders from a psychopath.

The mrna drug is experimental and should NOT be given to GI's. It has caused untold injuries and deaths to young men and women who have a 99.9% chance of survival. The big pharma corporations in collusion with the feds have inflicted massive suffering on the military to get filthy rich and exert their power and control by using a man-made virus unleashed on the world. Now the J&J vax is stopped due to blood clotting. These meds have not been approved by the FDA. This is why this whole thing is criminal.

Why can't the military give servicemen and women IVERMECTIN or HCQ? 2 proven drugs? MONEY! Thats why.
