I would like to know how many of those Taliban exchanged for the traitor are still alive? Hopefully those men were all killed by drone strikes, CAS or died in combat.

No...Noooooo, No Means No! Just say No! He should just be very very Grateful he's able to walk, talk and breath here in the states instead of facing old military sentencing for his type of crimes.

A pardon is not fair to anyone involved. The service deserves the truth.
