Should RallyPoint Web designer consider adding a Section in the Profile for Military Awards for both military personnel and civilian personnel?

Do you think RP members will be honest for the most part and only add those they actually received?
(or)
Do you think some RP members will add awards they didn't actually receive?
(or)
Do you think there is no need for another "love me" section on the profile?

Please vote and provide your thoughts?

Who, here, do we really need to "impress"? We all wore the uniforms...

I think showing our awards could strike up positive conversation. It certainly will deter minds from unwanted subjects these days.

I believe everyone here would be honest. But, I don't see the need to be posting what I have actually earned during my years in the military...it's unnecessary.

Ive already noticed that when I post something someone may disagree with they immediately check out my profile. Some folks have tried to compare ERBs or career bullet points or stack deployments against deployments. In a perfect world with no liars and no one uppers It would be awesome to be able to build a virtual rack, and even in this world it may be a cool feature, but I see some folks embellishing and others trying to use theirs to bully others.

What about State Medals and Awards that both ARNG and ANG members receive. Those are authorized for wear on uniforms (while in Guard status)?

And for that matter, what about commemorative medals and awards that you can buy from places like Medals of America?

Or Certificates of Appreciation ( I have couple from when I was in the Army) or Letters of Appreciation from DOD civilian supervisors?
