I knew other services, multiple ribbons, did that but not the Army. Where is that in the regs and when did that change?

5 awards is 4 bronze OLC plus the ribbon, 6 awards is a silver, 7 awards is one silver and one bronze, and so on

It is the ribbon with a Silver cluster added to it.
