With the recent amount of stolen valor it is hard to keep up with all the different threads being posted here on RallyPoint. From this point forward if you have a stolen valor question, comment, and or post, then add it here. The posts that currently exist will stay, as we don't want to lose the already existing discussion content. If you have started a stolen valor post prior to this and wish to have it merged to this one then feel free to let me know and I will merge that for you. The initial post will be gone but the discussion content will be merged to this posting.

well his service stripes are for 30 years and he only been to combat three and a half times I was in for 15 years and seen Iraq three times from 2004 to 2009 this guy sucks if you wonna be a poser make sure you go to someone that knows how to build a rack and set the uniform up right dumbass not to forget he does not even have a combat pin on his pocket with the ranger scroll and the lapel pin is for tomb of the unknown soldier guard you get from the president so he really tried to make his self shine and be the best of the best your a jackass trick or treat stupid

He has already been busted by local authorities and they are looking into federal charges against him. Here is a quote from the local newspaper and a link to the article it was taken from.
"55-year-old Richard Arthur Rahn is behind bars in Kandiyohi County, charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. Local authorities are forwarding their investigation to a federal prosecutor for possible action against Rahn for fraudulent use of a military uniform, insignia or medals."

Gotta say, the toothpick and sunglasses are not going to be enough to disqualify this guy as the real deal. Seriously, have you never seen a CSM just doing whatever the hell he wants to do? Ever see one actually sign back in from leave??? Sorry, can't spot what's wrong except I did think the Ranger tab was a pin-on on the wearer's left and not a sewn patch.

Its like a Class A and a ASU made a baby and that baby was jacked up. I don't know about the toothpick and sun glasses on top of my head being indicative of a poser. I may have a few range and deployment photos that show me with the same toothpick and sunglasses arrangement.
