We have seen many things about our POTUS that many do not like about him, and while we have all had leaders we did not like, we could usually pick out a few things, or traits/characteristics you could use or emulate.
So, list the things you do like, keep it professional as always. What did momma say? "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say nothing all."
I'll start:
(1) President Obama broke the racial barrier. He earned an education, became a Senator and a lawyer and is now the President.
(2) He has given millions a hope that one day they can do something great, especially those from under privileged areas.
(3) He has largely supported the military until as of recently with the downsizing, which is inevitable in every decade, our leaders have to make cuts...we keep only the best and brightest, right?
(4) He is a very supportive husband and father, and we need strong father role models in today's society where fathers are as rare as a long term-marriage.
I believe he honestly wants good things for America...I don't necessarily agree with the way he is going about it.
(5) He authorized the killing of Osama Bin Laden.
I know there aren't many fans on RP, but if there is something you like, share it if you dare.

It's funny how everyone have something neutral or bad to say about President Obama but at the end of the day no one really knows exactly what the president do. Just like we fight for our country I am pretty sure he is up there in the white house doing all that he can do to make sure that we are taking care of. I am not into politics all that much but last time I checked Obama doesn't call all the shots up there in the white house and he is basically a face. To be blamed for stuff that goes wrong when all the other parties involved make wrong decisions.

Hey CPL, you definitely are not into politics, but that's ok,I'll try to help. The President is supposed to be a kind of referee for Congress (as you suggested) but Obama has taken it upon himself to act as a wannabe dictator, bypassing Congress and trying to create/amend laws on his own, and squeaking by on technicalities and shotgunning. These actions are not always what the people want, he specifically likes to service special interest groups and lobbyists. Every ounce of derision he gets, he has fully earned, in my humble opinion. I hope that helps.

Absolutely nothing. While my comments may be unpopular and as much I wish the following was untrue, I am deeply saddened that they are in deed true. There is nothing special or different about this president than the color of his skin and that is truly the saddest thing of all. Would he have received a Nobel peace prize had he not been of minority decent? What did he actually do to earn it? If you don't believe me or don't feel comfortable with that I understand. I mean it with no animosity or racism. It is what it is. Just go to the Nobel page and it says why it was awarded. He had been president for less than s year I believe. You tell me why he received it. That's just one item. The list is endless. He has eviscerated the services. He is unprofessional and unbecoming as a president. He makes me feel emabarrased as an American when i see his ever increasing antics. I just shake my head. Colin Powell where art thou?

Let me see he has decreased spending nope. Wait he lowered the deficit nope. Well I know he defeated Al-Qaida well not exactly but he killed a few with drone strikes. He increased Americas standing in the world nope. He made America respected again nope. He closed Guantanamo nope. He drew down the war in Iraq and Afghanistan nope. Dang there has to be something! Oh I know he made health care affordable for everyone nope wrong again. Ok this just in he will now allow all Americans to now buy Cuban cigars Whoa that was tough:)
