I see four components at work: media, politicians, civic leaders, and the people. Last year 150 African Americans and 380 non-African Americans were killed by the police, however, the media predominantly shows the African American deaths which gives the perception African Americans are targeted unfairly by the police.
Some politicians and civic leaders use the media driven news and proclaim we have a real problem racism, violence, and parity in society. The people see this and the problem is magnified and is real based on perceptions from the collectiveness of media, politicians, and civil leaders. It appears our ideology is to be divisive as a nation and not inclusive.

The ideology of the left is divisive; they incite racial conflict as a tactic to keep racial minorities solidly in their camp for the elections. The left does the same thing for other constituencies as well, and the MSM is the propaganda organ of the DNC - because leftist ideology motivates the bulk of the MSM.

By your numbers there were 530 office involved killings of civilians.
The African-Americans get 28% of the killings.
African-Americans amount to about 13% of the population.
The other 87% of the population get 72% of the killings.
Do you see the problem here?
If it was spread evenly, the African-Americans would get 98 killings.
So they are getting an extra 52 killings just for being African-American.

It is almost impossible to talk about the truth without sounding racist. But what is the percentage of violent crime committed by that 12 or 13 percent? We have a race problem in the USA I don't know the real numbers but I'll bet 50% or more blacks are prejudiced against whites, And the percentage of whites is no where near that. Of course this is my opinion from what I've seen and experienced and I could be totally wrong. And the media is ridiculous with it's sensationalism.

They need to move out of cities where there are no jobs. Change is good. The problem is that they are indoctrinated by socialists to wait for the government to fix their problems.
