These aren't genre specific, but I want your all time favorite no matter how cheesy they might be. I will start with mine (in no particular order):
1. Clue
2. The Labyrinth
3. Usual Suspects
4. The Goonies
5. Fight Club

We can get more genre specific and/or expand on this top later.

MSgt (Join to see) I know I said no particular order, but Forrest Gump is probably the top of that list, based on the number of times I've both seen it and quoted lines from it.

This is tough for me because I have so many favorites and it's hard to nail it down to the top 5.

1) Star Wars Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back (still the best star wars movie)
2) Top Gun (favorite "Go Navy" movie ever)
3) The Princess Bride (full of awesome goodness)
4) Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn! (best horror comedy and also best Bruce Campbell movie)
5) American Graffiti (Hot Rods!)

That scene with Father O'Malley in Delta Force:

Abdul: What is your name?

Father O'Malley: William O'Malley.

Abdul: I did not call you.

Father O'Malley: You called for all the Jews. I'm Jewish, just like Jesus Christ. You take one, you gotta take us all.

That was the most ridiculously badass scene in any movie ever.

OK, my top five in no particular order:
Gone with the Wind; no explanation needed.
Silent Running; Huey, Dewey and Looie.
The Final Countdown; F-14s vs Zeros!!!
Night of the Living Dead (1968) The one that started them all.
Rocky Horror Picture Show; Let's do the Time Warp again!
Honorable mentions:
Galaxy Quest; Best Star Trek movie ever made.
1941; John Belushi. "Horrywood, Horrywood"!!!
Battle of Britain/633 Squadron; Spitfires, Mosquitos, Hurricanes and Emils! God I love airplanes!
Schindler's List; If only more had done the same.
Airplane; Roger, Rodger. Do we have clearance, Clarence? What's our vector, Victor?
Wizards; A gun still beats magic.
Easy Rider; Don't Bogart that joint my friend.
I still have a lot more to go but that should be (New Math) five.
