UnitedHealth Care (UHC) is threatening to leave Obamacare system due to short term losses. Is this expected of others carriers as well?

UHC is planning on leaving the exchanges; and a large number of the COOPs failed as well, which will leave a fair number of people on the exchanges without an insurance provider. Forcing them to take a plan with different coverage, deductibles and copays. I hope this farce of a law goes away quickly.
