We have all had to write an evaluation form on a subordinate. As leaders we have all had a subordinate that should go do something else. What NCOER/OER bullets have you used or seen that while being funny are just way too sad that they were actually true.
For example I used this once "Displays the military bearing and discipline expected of an IET Private"

Saving this one for the LT! I know my 1SG will like this one too! What I'll do is randomly fill it out and stick it in with the daily report and then claim I'm a SPC, that's what we do! sometimes a good laugh is a good laugh.

Would better serve the Army in the rank specialist. Integrity questionable at best.

One of my all time favorites under leadership: “Couldn’t lead a pack of hungry wolves to meat “.
“Living proof that horses asses outnumber horses” and of course “ Somewhere, some poor village is missing it’s idiot”.

Sgt_____ continues to elevates the standards in the same effective manner as he does on the Marksmanship qualification range, he continues to miss the set minima standards.
