Yes that is true and be attached to an infantry, Cab scout or Tanker unit and do extra stuff bc the unit does it and still be required to do your job and will not be working on bradleys there

As of right now, and on a normal assignment, we as 91M’s have only 6 places: Ft. Hood, TX; Ft. Bliss, TX; Ft. Irwin, CA; Ft. Carson, CO; Ft. Riley, KS and Ft. Stewart, GA. Germany used to be one along with Korea, but now it stopped due to downsize of equipment, so it became a rotation duty for us with some of the units listed above. Also there’s school house for instructors. As for the day to day life, it varies depending on the units, in some of these places you will be performing a different job, not exactly as a Bradley maintainer. In another ones you’ll be traveling a lot. Promotions, the promotion points in this MOS are really low, so it’s technically easier to rank up.

You can also go to Germany, Korea and Kuwait, if you make SSG with a Clarence you can also go to ft benning and become an instructor but most importantly use ASK there are individual job placements. You can gain tank quick but you need ALC of you don't know schematics learn them

Don't forget, ft. Stewart, GA, and also FT. Benning. Ft. Benning you can go there only if you're an instructor. Not sure if you can go there as a regular assignment.

Shoot - if you’ve never been then try Germany!

I wonder if Korea has them as part of a augmented M1 Brigade? Anyone?

Ft. Hood, Ft. Stewart jump right out at me. Not sure who still has them or where those units are.

Fort Hood, Fort Stewart, Fort Irwin, Fort Riley, Korea, Germany, Fort Polk, Fort Bliss, Fort Benning

Your best way to find this out is to login in to AKO and under My Training look for ACT (Army Career Tracker) explorer this and there is a section that will allow to see every position at every rank at every place you can be. As your rank changes you can go to other locations for a specialty job. That doesn’t include positions that are available such as 1SG. At that point you can practically go anywhere as a 1SG, you’ll be responsible for a company. There are also other specialty jobs across the Army for maintenance (generally SFC).

Fort Hoods a big one. As for duties, Im not really sure as we maintained our own, but Im guessing you would be handling repairs and services above a 10 level.
