Just make it a habit at every restaurant or shop u go into….then ya never forget, or ask you better half to remind yourself!

PO3 Chuck Honse - I make sure to wear my VFW hat with my Buddy Poppy and this reminds them everywhere I shop. If they don’t do it I make them enter a second time. If they don’t have one, I ask for the “Old Farts Discount “.

I have yet to see or been notified of any Discount or freebie offered to the Miliary that the proprietor doesn't get back at least double of the offer they make. Every one of them only makes offers to their own benefit not yours.

The Walgreens on my corner apparently wasn't aware of the Veteran's Day discount for Veterans. They needed some sort of barcode which neither of us could find and in the end got me a 15% discount instead of the 20% stated on the Walgreens' section here because the cashier couldn't find anything applicable.
