What are the mottos of your old and current units? What was your favorite?

I once received a salute and the NCO yelled "Stab them in the face, Sir!"

"Semper Fi" has to be the greatest and most recognized motto in our Armed Forces.

PFC 3rd class. This has got to be the best motto ever. And yes we were "FIRST". GO ARMY...........

43rd MP Bde - "Protect the Right"
118th MP Bn - "Facta Probant" (Deeds Prove Us)
1/506 IN Bn - "Currahee"

A while ago one of our Bde Commanders wanted a more Latin motto for us and our current IG who had a background in languages came up with "Primus Praecedere" (something to that affect) which translated to "First to Proceed" It got a lukewarm reception and soldiers being soldiers we walked around saluting with "Pasta Primavera" it shortly died out.
