What are the Pros and Cons of going from Enlisted Airforce to Army officer?

I was in a rather enjoyable discussion today with an Army Lt. Who asked if i ever thought of going to the officer side of the house so i said of course and told him i would like to go to westpoint.
My big question is what are some pros and cons of trying to persue this change and what i would need to do to accualy make i and what i might expect during the whole proccess.

I spent 7 years enlisted USAF before swapping to the Army and getting commissioned. The pros and cons are what you make of them and a lot depends on your MOS and what you want to do. One thing I must point out, I had better living quarters as an A1C than I had as an Army 2LT. lol
