You hear a lot about VA boards and their decisions, but nobody knows anything about them. How can this process be more open?

I would say make it more transparent, but we are talking about an organization that kills veterans, lies, steals, and has toxic leadership. If a veteran does not agree with the percentage then it incumbent upon them to appeal, which is not difficult.

That's what I would like to see is transparency, the VA is big and out of control much like the IRS. I think people want better communication and help with their problems. We talk about supporting the VA but how can we support a big unknown organization that doesn't want us to know the truth.
