Actually 1LT Sandy Annala I never qualified in submarines, but did ride many while attached to both E&R New London in the 70s and OPTEVFOR in the 80s. I rode both some late diesel boats and early nucs and later a few Ohio Class on both coasts for evals of equipment. Plus the surface component of the tests at other times.
However, I am a Surface Sailor and finished out my career at an Aviation Command. So, you can see I have been there in many different areas of Navy.

Ford Aspire. In Millington TN, Ford was the only new car dealership and all the used places were scam central.
I just kept telling myself "it's not a Ford, it's made by KIA"
