I can't begin to tell you how much you suck SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. I'm reading all these great posts and starting to hear my stomach scream. Hitomi and I don't do much traditional stuff anymore. She's got my cholesterol levels on a short leash. We have the typical inside grill the Japanese are famous for and I will grill up our seasoned asparagus, peppers, cabbage, and all the usual stuff that puts so much gas in me that I feel like the Hindenburg. I'd kill for a steak...lol

Oishie! (that's Japanese for " Joe, you suck! That steak looks absolutely delicious and I am stuck here with the cabbage farts." (paraphrased slightly)

You two crack me up!!! Mark Im not too far off from you... I went ahead and boldly snuck a small piece of steak and had it gone in null comma null (was not a sight for the weak hearted) !!! My blood sugar was soaring at 380 plus and my A1C was above 10, even with all counting carbs and sugars and the dosage I was on, I got fed up and finally did my own dosages and fired two Primary care providers (still eat the same bunny food) and now my blood sugar is around 135-150. I feel your frustration brother !!!

I plan on having a few friends and family over, we want to grill some ribs, burgers, a few steaks a kid or two.... WHAT !!!!! What do you mean TODAY is Labor Day??? I thought it was next week!!!! damn... No wonder all my friends and family sounded weird when I asked them about next week!! It took me 4 flipping hours to get those kids in the cage, man are they going to be peeved when I tell em they have to stay a whole week in there because I aint letting em out !!!! I wish all my sane and not so sane brothers and sisters a Happy and safe Labor day !!!!! now where is that hose??? I guess Ill let em out of the cage so I dont have to feed em!!!!

Today I did pork ribs, KC-style on my slow cooker, roasted corn-on-the-cob, and smoked sausage links.
