SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL, We went yesterday to my brother-In -laws place on a river not far from here. We had BBQ jalapeño sausage, brisket, and pork ribs , with all the trimmings. He has three jet boats and two jet skis, so we played on the jet skis, and took long boat rides. Today we are recovering from yesterday. We're both whipped.

SrA Christopher Wright - When in TEXAS I prefer to go to RUDY'S! Best BBQ in the state! They used to only have one place...and that's right here is SA.....but a few years back they started to expand and now they are in several places.
Check them out. Rudy's BBQ.

Steak, ribs, chicken, and burgers, plus vegetables (green and red peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)... Had the grills fired up for every lunch and dinner meal all weekend. Loved it...

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL 1 1/2 in thick boneless rib-eyes, with loaded baked potatoes. Top it off with a good merlot and hot fudge brownies and ice cream for dessert.

Last night went over to a friends and a mutual friend was there as well and he can cook - He grilled some flank steaks and made potato salad with pineapple. Today I grilled a bunch of hamburgers as everyone is stopping by to see our new puppy. Wife's Aunt, sister, daughter's cousins and friends in the neighborhood as well. Nice day here in Chicagoland.
