What do you do post-workout to aid recovery - supplements, cardio, just stretch?

I like to stretch, gulp a Micronamin protein shake (includes Glutamine and BCAA's), and do cardio later to lessen delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), especially for leg day.

Protein: Usually a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, Pretzels sourdough and Chocolate milk

I guess that depends.. if your taking a day off studies have shown that you're suppose to take in more calories. Then I stretch lots of water some aminos. I started taking creative again so that helps hold the water..

I try to get all my nutrients from my diet but use protein shakes when necessary.

Stretch if there's time. Water. Sometimes Muscle Milk (or Monster Muscle). Occasionally an amino acid supplements.
