Great question everyone needs to be themselves we all have cling mechanisms and each one of us must find Balance to focus on post I've. It also depends on the situation. Examples for me are listed to music write things down, find a quote said in the past and surround myself with those who emulate Resilience.

I used to have a play list dedicated for stressful times. Think I will go make another.

I tend to do that a lot too. I learned biofeedback after obtaining an TBI in a vehicle accident.

What do you do to stay resilient?

Self-Discipline; If you surround yourself with negative aspects, your mind will trick you into negative perceptions. You have to have the strength within yourself (not your muscles, not your bones, but your core; your soul) and you have to create the positive, be the positive. This is not done overnight, it's done through a lot of trial and error. Once you're able to establish your baseline, work yourself to achieve more and higher than anyone else.

You also have to know that if you fall down or fail, it's never the end. You keep pushing, persevering and proving everyone that you can do it.

I like to sit in quarterly resilience training classes. So I can learn all about the latest tips from Army master resilience trainers.

A trip to the Russian Grand Ballet's Sleeping Beauty might do the trick. Courtesy of JBLM's SFAC.
