I think this is a good thread for those we are trying to get to join can see the substance of some things we discuss between us as current and former military, soft spoken as well as informational and mentoring types of postings.
We also have fun at times while remaining professional.

As the military is certainly determined to decrease its ranks I feel it should not just be solely focused on separating sex offenders. Any UCMJ actions or lack of trainable personalities should be recommended for separation as the inevitable seems to be looming all the time. We have perfectly healthy 18-25 year old trainees where I am at and currently have more than half graduating annually with temporary or permanent profiles in the Army. Why would we keep Soldiers who haven't deployed for a job they can no longer do because they lack the will to endure some pain and push through 3 simple physical training events. Reduction in military strengths can come at a cost and now will be the time we have an opportunity to retain disciplined leadership and service members. My question to caveat is are any of the other Generals military-wide registered on the sex offenders list that committed SHARP violations.....hmm probably not. Sipping margaritas on forced retirements and enjoying the taxpayer dollars is probably a good punishment for them. A service member bearing far less rank is enjoying 10-20 yrs. in beautiful Leavenworth for the same crimes...

Military rule of evidence 514 states that if you are working as a victim advocate, and the victim ask for your confidentiality, unless there is one of the few exceptions on DD form 2910, you should honor the victim's request.

This is a very serious topic to myself. This year alone I have workmen on 4 cases 3 of this cases involved senior leadership and I have seen first hand how this new policy will take the mud out of the armed service. Because a relieve for cause, a letter of reprimand and move in organization is not ENOUGHT for a criminal who rape someone. Posted from my iPhone not sure on the spelling. Thx

Good riddance.
I don't care what kind of super Soldier you are otherwise, this will get my pair of size 9 1/2 boots planted squarely in your fifth point of contact.

So nobody on hear thinks about those false allegations that commands just went with because of the politics behind SHARP. Everyone always thinks that because someone said they were assaulted, harassed or raped......doesn't mean they were. IF there is no evidence then why do we continue to go after the accused just because someone says so. Not saying that all victims are making false reports but some are. You should jump to judge and individual until you know the story. There are a ton of Soldiers who have had their lives ruined because one individual was upset at them for some reason. Why are we not looking at the entire process. Just food for thought.....don't be so quick to judge.
