What is "Explosive Personality Disorder"?

On application to the Board for Correction of Naval Records,
the Board recommended that plaintiff be granted a 20 % disability
rating as of August 13 , 1964, that his 1972 discharge be nullified and
that other changes be made in his records. The Navy Secretary
approved the recommendations. Plaintiff argues here that the Navy
officials unreasonably construed the significant body of medical and
non -medical evidence before them in assigning a 20 % disability rating
for both his convulsive disorder and explosive personality disorder.
