What is one thing you have learned through RallyPoint?

I have learned that CPT (Join to see) has confused the entire military on who salutes who!!

In all seriousness, I learn everyday that I am on here. The biggest thing that I have learned is that we as a whole need to get back to knowing regulations or at least where to find "the right" answer. Not only know them but also follow them and enforce them (for us NCOs).

Seems as if I learn something every day that I'm on here (which is nearly every day with the exception of weekends). Some things are highly interesting, and some things I wish I hadn't learned.
All in all, this site is the best forum I have ever seen for the free exchange of thought within the military community. Good or bad, there are always things to be learned.

A few things in particular: I have re-learned how much of a need I have had to be in contact with current and former Military people. I have learned that regardless of rank, age, era of service, we all have something to contribute that will better us in many ways. I learn more every day....and some of it is re-learning what has been forgotten over the last 20+ years. I've kept in touch in general, but now I'm in touch with many more specifics.
