What is the biggest military movie/TV goof, basically the military Movie/TV mistakes that annoys you the most?

In The Green Berets (one of the greatest movies of all time IMHO) when COL Kirby doesn’t hook up his static line.

Also in Pearl Harbor they show some Newport Class LST's during the bombing. Those ships were not built until the 1960's. Oops!
