What is the biggest military movie/TV goof, basically the military Movie/TV mistakes that annoys you the most?

People fireing a law inside of a building or vehicle and no one even gets hurt when in reality they would be dead

In The Green Berets (one of the greatest movies of all time IMHO) when COL Kirby doesn’t hook up his static line.

Also in Pearl Harbor they show some Newport Class LST's during the bombing. Those ships were not built until the 1960's. Oops!
