What is the proper way to address a Warrant Officer Candidate?

I'm assuming the question refers to NCO who has been designated Fully Qualified//Selected for Warrant Officer Candidate School--and awaiting a class assignment and report date AND is on active duty. Im with my bb TJ, there is no precedent for said NCO to remove current rank and wear a WOCs center tab--so no follow on change in how you address.

Perhaps there is a correlation between date of advancement to WOC pay grade, which for our classes was E-5, and title.... so a selectee would be called by his current rank/title (Specialist, Sgt, etc) until his pay grade for WOCS became effective (and he/she pinned WOC devices) and then "Candidate", and finally, on graduation and promotion to Warrant, "Mister/Miss"???
