If you and I were talking face to face, your dream car was parked on the street behind us, and I had the keys for it dangling from my outstretched arm, what would you pay to have it? To drive off in it right then and there?

I guess this is a long running in service dream...
In '67 I wanted to come home and build a mid-engine Avenger from Fabrefab.
Other wise I have been very lucky to have owned my dream cars (had to give up a lot of other things to do so) Before service: 301 powered '55 AC Bristol (read Chevy cobra), '62 Dodge Police Interceptor.
Current: 1978 Lotus Esprit that I have owned for about 15 years. Also two RX7 race cars.

SFC Mark Merino I think half of my attraction to racing is suiting up like a pilot and the figure 8 eyeball concentration. Two layers of Nomex and a cool shirt.

Combine a Tesla Model S (for electric-only and overall tech), with a McLaren F1 (before the Mercedes buy-out; for racing, performance, and the ridiculous buyer-specific customizations), with an Austin Martin DB5 (for true style and James Bond cred), and you have my perfect car...

The hp-to-kg curb weight ratio is an astonishing 1:1. This is the “dream” equation, previously thought impossible when it comes to fully road legal and usable sports cars. The One:1 is the first homologated production car in the world with one Megawatt of power, thereby making it the worlds first series produced Megacar.

I would have to win the Powerball but this little baby here is what this foxy lady would be driving if I could.
4 liter biturbo V-8, 503 horsepower, 0-60 in 3.7 secs. Talk about power baby!!
I'm rather biased on this model as a personal friend was the engineer on the transmisson for this car.

Since I got undercut by SFC Dr. Joseph Finck, BS, MA, DSS (or maybe I just didn't read enough), I'll offer my second choice.
