Now take this with the good natured ribbing it is said with! These Soldiers like to have Marine Patches but you all know ARMY stands for, Ain't Really aMarine Yet!!!

1st Cavalry. Nothing like wearing that massive patch on your right sleeve. Especially if your a Cavalryman. Pride. Semper Porro.

Of the 3 I dont have favorite but the one authorized for the 1st Marine Division is the rarest.

I am former US Army. But, during the Invasion of Iraq, my unit was assigned to the First Marines. We stayed with 1st Marine Division for about four months before being transferedback to our BN. So, I'm one of the few Soldiers that is authorized the 1st MD combat patch. Also, I was honored to serve with the Marines, USN, and USAF while in Africa.
