I went to BCT,AIT and all future training at Ft.Lewis Washington 1965 at the old age of 19 ,it was the build up of the 4th Division ,originally slated for Germany and then that pesky war in Southeast Asia came up,so we turned in our cold weather gear, got on that slow boat to China(USNV Gordon) and then things got real interesting as they say!
