What pot of money would this come out of?

I'm not sure of this was paid for with a personal account, tax dollars or with military funding? Its a nice ride either way.

If it didn't come from private source, I wonder what pot of money it did come from?

Donation from auto manufacturer, with "shrink wrap" paid for out of P&A (Prints & Advertising) budget in Public Affairs Branch HQAF?

Likely similar to the funding for this car.
