He's rolled up his sleeves and settled into the task at hand of forming his staff. Now it's to what he knows. Screw the libs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enTQBzQvYe0

He seems to have stopped firing off the cuff on some topics but continues to go off on others. I'm with PO1 (Join to see) on stating the biggest changes haven't come from Trump or his transition team but from us. I knew people were going to be upset by the results regardless of who they favored but I can't get over the overall reaction of things. People are going crazy. I've seen people end life long friendships over who voted for who and other craziness. Riots and protests are to be expected, people get mad when they don't get their way, but to say he doesn't "qualify" as President is just insane. Under the Constitution he does qualify and the votes were verified. I think people on both sides are looking at things with blinders on and need to stop and take a look around to see the full picture and realize that things aren't falling apart, the four horsemen have not been spotted coming down from Heaven. The world is spinning and things are okay. Now, we can't just say he's going to mess things up without seeing what he does once he is in the chair. I think the reality of the position is sinking in on him.

In my opinion it seems that he is shocked to be President- Elect. I think he was just testing the waters and his establishment hateful rhetoric caught on with the public so he kept feeding the people with hate messages. I don't if he can handle all of this but, he's the man now.

MAJ David Vermillion - He played to the masses which is what every candidate is suppose to do. Granted a lot of what he said was out of line, but he was drumming up supporters and listening to what they wanted. He played to the middle class looking for new jobs. He played to parents who are upset with "Standard Core", he played to the people worried about more terror attacks.

I agree with you, I don't think he actually thought he was going to win the vote. I think he had a "we will fight the results" speech in his pocket and practiced that then around 1am on November 9th he had to come up with something really fast once the numbers started locking in on his favor.

I’m answering this years later than the question was posted but a big change I see in Pres Trump since his time in office is that he now realizes he has more freedom than ever to promote his views and plans through newer alternative political platforms. Ie Rumble, his Truth Social (on Apple and Google) and the Trump Tracker App.

Lots of uncertainty being expressed by people within the USA and those outside to include our friends and allies.
