My favorites were the supine bicycle and mountain climbers. For whatever reason they were so easy for me and I could do them forever. Of course I would pretend to look in pain and frustrated to play the game.
Another thing I'd do that'd make me "smile" is when we were getting burnt up and breathing heavily, I'd always have sweat dripping down my face and I'd time it so whenever the DS walked by, I'd blow the drops of sweat off the tip of my nose right onto them. They never caught on.

We had the CPL in RIP that would do the fludder kick and the dude would keep going for what seemed like over 250. It was not fun, but at the time it was funny to be miserable.

Overhead arm-claps...had to do it once for over an hour at OSUT. After that, a five or ten minute session meant nothing! LOL!!!

My favorite as a soldier not getting in trouble. My favorite as an NCO squat bender. Just say one and leave them there.

Push ups.
Having said that, I I feel that some instant physical training might serve as a motivation for a Soldier (since corrective training is supported to relate to the issue at hand), I usually pick an exercise that targets a weak area in that Soldier's fitness

What is the politically correct name for Monkey Fuckers? Those were funny in name and they serve very little muscle building purpose.
