I have no negative marks on my record and have been in the army for over two years.

It SHOULD be other than honorable since you are wasting the time and money spent to train you and decreasing the overall readiness of your unit. You crybabies underwent a litany of vaccines already, but now it's waaah for the COVID vaccine. I am glad you won't be counted among the honorable service members who serve their country by fulfilling their contract obligations.

Bur those vaccines have been tested and proven safe, this one, despite the fda approval of the formula not available everywhere, is currently still under world wide trials.
That's the issue, this Vax magically appeared with little to no real testing.
And yes, side effects matter. Covid may fade, but the potential damage can be life long.

1. When are you allowed to disobey orders?
2. Did you refuse any of the vaccines you previously were ordered to get?
If you can answer to number one, "Anytime I don't agree with them." Then probably a general discharge. Otherwise dishonorable.
For number two if you didn't refuse any previous vaccinations, then I would imagine dishonorable.
Remember you took an oath, you can't pick and choose the orders you follow.

Since this so called Vaccine Is not proven to stop any one from getting COVID-19, Or stop the spread from a person that has COVID-19 to another person.
But it is A political Issue that people use to force there way on to other's.

Dishonorable! When you raised your hand and took that oath of enlistment you officially became "government property"...end of discussion! You go out and get a sunburn one time too many and you could be brought up on charges for "destruction of government property." But now you want to tell that same government that you're not going to be vaccinated. Why the hell not?? And please don't give me any if that foolish argument that it's too new, or that they haven't studied the matter long enough. I don't want to call you an idiot so I guess I'll just call you a damn idiot. That is the most non researched answer I've heard in a while...at least since yesterday. The truth is the Corona family of viruses have been in the labs being studied and researched for cures (by folks wayyyyy smarter than you) for decades. And thank God medical advances allowed doctors and scientists from around the world to come together on this one cause to get us a vaccine in record time. But again, they've been researching the characteristics of Corona literally for years. I bet you've swallowed all kinds of crazy stuff in your young life and never once considered the components. But suddenly, and quite stupidly you consider wreaking havoc on your life because of political bulls___. While you're at it I've got a beautiful piece of swamp land I'd like to sell you. No other vaccine ever developed works the way the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines work. Every other vaccine works by introducing dead virus particles or synthesized viral parts into your bloodstream and letting your bodies natural immune response react to it. THIS IS THE FIRST time a vaccine has operated by insertion of created genetic material into human cells, then letting those cells create the proteins that material codes for then releasing those proteins into the blood stream. This IS genetic manipulation. IT IS new, it WAS fast tracked, and there's NO history on long term effects. SO If YOU have a better explanation of this vaccine works or if I'm incorrect about ANYTHING then by all means call me an 'idiot' but I'm not. I'm willing to bet I've got more coursework in Virology, Cellular Biology, Epidemiology and Organic Chemistry than YOU do.
This is a BIOETHICS issue and it is NOT being approached as such. It's never hard to see who would have complied without question because that's what the government wanted and any other idea was just "political bulls___" in 1939.

My husband has been hospitalized twice and started chemo as a reaction to getting one Covid vaccine. I’ve had the anthrax vaccine which wasn’t approved either so I get both sides.

SFC (Verify To See) - The problem with your position is that in the current state you don't KNOW you have a condition until you're in the hospital. Furthermore no "OTHER vaccine" has to enter your cells, introduce created genetic material that your cells then used to produce a foreign protein which gets released into your bloodstream. THIS IS ALL NEW. It's being treated as if it were "ANY OTHER vaccine" but it's NOT.

Right now, all of that has been put on hold by a judge in the DC circuit. No servicemember can be discharged for refusing the vaccine at this time. Once it makes it way through the courts will be a different story.

That is if the courts decide that we as humin being have a choice of what's injected to our bodies. An we all who have been playing the game along time know the chain of Command try to bully us into it with threats of discharge. I retired back in May of 2014 how I made it 20+ years is I sort of did as I was told to do. In all seriousness you have 3 choices 1 refuse it an get kicked out of the easiest job you'll ever have. 2. Take the shot an hope your not the one who dies from it, but if you don't die an you get deathly ill. An I'm that case that's your first and last shot of it. Or option 3 get buddy with the medic giving you the shot an don't get. When I retired the VA talked me into the Pneumonia shot. I was.sickest I've ever been thought I was going to die for 2 weeks a.a trip to the hospital. So I had a adverse reaction to it so I'll never take it again. But I've never been a puss about any of the shots so just take it. The worst that could happen is you die

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - yet an Army Flight Surgeon is now protected under the whistle blower act because she had the audacity to report through the proper process that pilots in her charge had to be permanently removed from flight status because of cardiac complications caused by the vaccines. Given the 0.0% (yes I rounded here add enough 0s and the number 1 appears) chance of significant effects from the illness and the grounding rate of the vaccine was 6% if I remember her statement correctly.
