What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)
**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

a mp pvt should correect her and then when she refuses to follow his "lawful order" to comply with the uniform regs he should apprehend her and then the base cdr most likely will get involved.

The IG is just for matters like this. This type of behavior screams racism, favoritism and lack of leadership to ALL soldiers who see it. I remember our CSM was caught in a similar situation where he had let blacks grow beards with no profiles, stay on definite profile, grow their hair out, allowed the good ole Bobby brown cut, slant cuts, hash marks and the list goes on for the style of the 80's and blacks. It came to a point that some had filed complaints and the CSM was forced by the BN CDR to have a Bn formation in the theater and went through the entire BN calling out individuals to go to the front of the room who were in Violation of the dress code and wound up having to tell all of them that the gigs would be corrected by COB. A SFC who was the CSM's best buddy was one of those and began to argue and "DIS" and wound up getting locked up in front of everyone by the BN CDR and had someone collect a pair of trimmers and cut this SFC's hair all off right then and there. Tempers flared and the CSM lost all respect from many of us NCO's on the spot for letting it go as far as it did.

Take it up higher, if He ignored the Talking about it, if leadership did not finally address it after repeat offenses the only thing us lowers could do was a congressional inquiry

First and foremost, I am sorry for your loss. Losing a brother in arms is hard enough but an actual brother in the line of duty is exponentially tough.
Second your expletive laden diatribe is overshadowed by your heartfelt grief. Your expressions would be compared to Disney if we were put under the same experiences; therefore, you have no worries about your career with this out in the open right now.
Third keep us posted on what happens with this soldier (I used lower case intentionally as I refer it to her alone). I know this is all alleged hence the investigation. I personally believe you and your perception as 100% accurate. I hope the 8th TSC CSM does too.

This is unbelievable. There is a big difference between leadership occasioanlly having a mishap and then there is this. It is "leaders" like this that actually burn out the junior people under their command who would have otherwise been great leaders.
