What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Male or female, undesirable actions like this in the military need to be corrected or gotten rid of.

Totally UNSAT! How does this even get close to this level of violation of basic grooming regs? Had one of my troops who was looking a bit shaggy, get picked up by the Group SMAJ as he was walking to work. SMAJ flipped a U-Turn and took him to the barber. How is it that no one in the Chain of Command has held her accountable?! Unacceptable.

Why isnt her Commander taking care of it? Why is the enlisted chain having to fix something that is clearly a commanders job? Is the commander being relieved?

SGT (Join to see) - Its not my place to comment on what specifically led to this Commander failing to enforce regs. My suspicions are just that and I will keep them to myself. It is enough and justified for me to say whatever the cause, this soldier is blatantly out of regs and has been for sometime. The Commander is failing to uphold his own CSM to standard and therefore his leadership and ability to command is not only in question it has been proven to be lacking and grounds for relief are apparent. If i had a subordinate Commander or even a Commander of mine allow this, it would generate some serious discussion and counseling for the subordinate or an IG complaint if my senior didnt do anything after I brought it to his attention.

SGT (Join to see) - I would also say, the other subordinate commanders and officers who interacted with her daily are also failures to a lesser degree. Anyone of them could have corrected this, to the point of a charge sheet to force the issue if need be. Yeah, it would have inevitable repercussions from the Col, but thats easily defended when the whole story comes out.

how did she made it to CSM, remember that soldier that said that his SSG was rating his own ER, this is about the reason. Some one carried her long enough.

Back when I was in the Army,,, if a non-Com got too far out of line,,, we had our day with him off base some where ,,,offduty & got his attention,,, usually takes only one time & it's always his word against ours & we out number him,,, plus he usually doesn't want his actions looked at closely by Senior officers... It worked for us... Back in the 50's.

So, with all the SgtMaj's running around, officers, VIPs and such, it took a Facebook rant to deal with this? Unless she's literally lost her mind, this was not something that just happened. This started long before she became a SgtMajor and CSM. Her chain of command needs to get hip checked too.
