So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Professionalism and tact is what we lacked in correcting our junior Soldiers, senior NCO's and Officers alike. It is not about how right or how wrong...-correcting one lies in our abilities to be professional and tactful.

1LT (Join to see), and there in lies the heart of the whole situation. IF even half of what has been said is true, there is a long chain of unprofessional and unethical behavior from/through her leaders, both NCO and Officer. Never mind about tactfulness from either side.

This SFC would have harassed her to No End, Correcting your superiors is as important as correcting your troops.

I've known soldiers when their natural hair was long and they didn't desire cutting it and I'm referring to males and females, they would wear a short within regulation wig over their out of regulation hair to attempt to meet regulations. This CSM is obviously got something on someone in a high position maybe even Congress so that she have no fear of being Punished

1SG George Sr - I had a SSG walk past me and my Soldiers while we were at work on a Sunday, with hair done up and carrying her beret. She walked outside and I followed her to see how the mechanics of wearing the headgear was going to work out for her. She didn't put on the beret and I issued the correction, out of earshot of my Soldiers. She immediately got an attitude, since we were both SSGs, and told me to mind my own, her hair cost her $300 to do and she wasn't ruining it with the "crap ass beret". I forwarded the correction and her response to her chain and they said "She's just going to be like that, she has four months left and there's no point getting into it with her". For the next four months my Soldiers and Junior NCOs had to witness this SSG doing what she wanted because "she was ETSing" and no one wanted to uphold a standard on her because they felt it wasn't worth it.

She is a disgrace to the uniform and should be taken down a few notches. As I remember it the oath I took said I would follow orders. Those orders include the regulations on proper wear of the uniform!

If I had somebody in a leadership position not adhering to uniform standards I would politely pull them aside and respectfully let them know that the regs are not written for a few but for all. If you expect people to follow you then you better make sure your stuff is wired tight. If that supervisor attempted to discipline me, I'd take it up the COC and get the situation corrected. Someone with that kind of position should know better and understand that no matter the rank you are expected to follow any and all regs.
