What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Oh, I would take it up to the next level on the NCO chain, no doubt. Her rater obviously ignored this because they were afraid of a harassment charge. I worked with some amazing female Senior NCO's in my time, so I'm surprised this one somehow was promoted to CSM. BS, glad I retired in 2006. This makes me sick...

UN FREAKING BELIEVABLE! I counseled and in some cases reprimanded SNCO's and Junior officers for less. Blatant violation of Reg's. What message is she sending to her soldiers. Rank does not have privileges when it comes to standards...they are non negotiable!!!! AR 670-1, 10 Apr 2015 Chapter 3-2 a. (1) (a) and 3-2 a. (3). Leaders have a lot of flexibility on what is appropriate.

CSM's like her make me glad to be an officer and ignore what she says. I've seen and dealt with more bad CSMs than good ones. In Germany my battalion CSM was relieved for adultery. He would go back to the rear while soldiers were training in Graff and CMTC. Another was the classic spotlight ranger if you weren't the Brigade Commander she would ignore you. Also refused to take an APFT after graduating the SGM Academy. The only justice no retirement award to her for no APFT or height and weight data.

Just an observation, seems that in the two examples you cited, someone saw standards not being upheld and decided to do something about it rather than ignore it... Action could have helped/educated this MP CSM to avoid this situation, but alas too many times she was ignored.

It's truly sad you have that experience, CSMs are supposed to be the SMEs on discipline and regulations, not like those....for shame..

Fortunately, I've mostly had the benefit of serving with great CSM's and SGM's. I only had to deal with one really bad one, and his fellow CSM's did most of the heavy lifting in getting him out of the Army.

This is exactly what we can expect from the current commander in chief leadership… Got tattoos sorry no promotion or just a discharge…Beat the dog snot out of a child rapist…discharge…Kill a terrorists…loss of a silver star and special forces tab….Want a beard and a turban …no problem… training records disappear no problem… you’re a ranger. So does this really surprise anyone? Glad I got out years ago.

Why is this the current President used as correlation for the CSM's failure to adhere Military Policy so often?
The President doesn't write the uniform policy, the awards process, the Military judicial process or the Army Rangers policy on keeping training records. I think you're looking far to deep into this. Look at your Chief of Staff for these perceved "shortfalls" not the CiC

This is a sad excuse for a CSM. Regardless of your skin color, the military for the most part operated on not seeing color and treated everyone with respect. I was always told that NCOs set the standard. Guess she forgot that very important rule. If you want to wear all of that, then retire.

The Army is going to shit. I was recently on post at Ft Knox....I thought I was at a high school JROTC event. I have never seen so many uniform violations and fat boys in my life. I know I have only been retired for fourteen years......but how have things gotten so bad? It brought back memories of the movie police academy. God help us.

What good are regulations if only certain people have to follow them. I was never in the U.S. Army I was and always will be a U.S. Marine but I have tremendous respect for many soldiers. This one however is absolutely disgraceful. I can not imagine the Col or General who had her working for him would allow this to fester into the absolute embarrassment that it certainly has become. Disgraceful

you dont get a CSM to follow the rules the CSM should be getting everyone else to follow the commanders guidance.
