So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Most CSM seem to be able to do anything they want. With that said, Most CSM want to do the right thing for the right reason at the right time. In the late 70's we had a CSM at BN. that had hair that bareley met the standard and as he left the office for the day he would pick it out bigger than any of the rock singers back then. Wrote me a counseling for mustache out of standards on Guard duty. I mentioned his hair and had even more weekend guard duty. LOL They can do almost anything.

Well First Sergeant, some people are born asses!!!!! I will always remember in Iraq we were allowed to have bicycles. I bought one from a leaving soldier to get arround and get this, my saw barrel got stuck in the wheel of the bike causing me to wipe out going over the handle bars.... a CSM saw it, I took off the bike helmet went to the ECP of the secure area of where we both worked dragging the bike (since the saw barrel tore appart the spokes) showed my ID to get in and threw it in the dumpster but I didn't put my soft cap on and he (the CSM) called me over to ask me not if I was okay but Why I didn't put on my cover.... a Major from my unit was behind him and chewed him out because the first words from the CSM's mouth should have been "Are you okay soldier?"
The CSM in question was not well liked and was known for killing clearing barrels and negligent discharges inside buildings!!!!!!

I can't believe I'm even seeing this. Well actually I can. This is what the cancer of Political Correctness breeds. This is one of the major things that is wrong with our fighting force and our Country today. As far as why a CSM is allowed to exist like this - her CoC is most likely just as jacked up as she is or too scared to do the right thing and be labeled as racist/sexist. When I was in, we would have went round and round. Now that I am out, would throatpunch be a wrong answer here?

Unfortunately, she echoes the times she is living in. Our Commander in Chief ridicules all American Citizen and especially the Military all over the World. She undoubtedly cried "sexist and racism". My experience is that we were all put on the same level and then has to earn respect. Now I understand why so many hate the idea of women in the Military.
What a disgrace!

As a 30 year 95B(1961-1991) retired SGM she should be kicked out of the 31A field and put into a ACS slot and take the COL with her. She is not a Military Police CSM.

I can't believe what I'm reading regarding this CSM. There is absolutely no room in this Army for incompetent leaders like this. If this is true as written then out she needs to go.

CSM, I would rule more on the side of wilful neglect.

All I can say is wow... I would of lost it... Laughing at a funeral rehearsal? Reprimanding because you took too long. TO SAY GOODBYE! ... That leaves a lot to say about her ever caring for her troops. Not only does she not look the part - she surely didn't have an ounce of respect for our fallen. We are owed an explanation of why this matter took so long to get to where it is right now. Truly disappointed

Also notice she was a Drill Sergeant at one point, I would like to know how someone who I would argue should know the grooming standards better than everyone and anyone would be allowed either get to that position or allow themselves to forget the standards!!!!!

What the hell is this woman doing to OUR Army? Hey, I am all for women being advanced and all that, but there ARE standards to maintain. In my day there were two things you never did or the wrath of the CSM would be upon you in a snap...1) put your hands in your pockets. 2) walk on the CSM's grass. It was inherent that every CSM have special radar for such infractions...or so it seemed. LOL. No crack on CSMs as I have served with some very fine ones, but one thing you could always count on about them, and that was that they set the standard in everything under the sun when it came to soldiering. Perhaps in this particular case maybe a CSMs-only blanket party would be in order to tighten her up a few notches? I suppose in this day and age a sexual harassment charge is probably a huge stigma which has everyone paralyzed in their tracks when it comes to stuff like this. This is just unbelievable, isn't it?

Political Correctness has everyone afraid to say anything these days maybe people were afraid to correct her for fear of some sort of blowback

I think you've pretty much nailed it. And it would appear obvious that she's the sort of person to blow back pretty hard.

You know the quota makers selected this toxic female to be in a position that she should have never been in. She should have never made it past E4/SP4 and that is allowing her the highest grade ever. Then she would have been QMPd and out of the Real Army.

I have nothing against Females in the Military as I had many working for me and many that I recommended promotion, And also as a Recruiter I put more Females in the Army than my Recruiter counterparts.

ENOUGH is ENUFF!!!!!.

LTC Dalbec I agree with you on the matter of females in the military as long as they do their job and don't expect ANY SPECIAL treatment. While I was in Korea my unit was sent to the field, we begin to pitch our tents, etc. The males (enlisted and NCO's) put up our GP medium while all the females (enlisted and NCO's) watched. Then we (enlisted males) were told to pitch the females tent, which we did while they watched again. I've always thought it was a prime example of extreme poor leadership on the NCO's part and extreme laziness on the enlisted females part.
As long as the female is collecting the same pay and benefits as their male comrades they need to be doing the same job.
I spent 10.5 yrs in the Army before forced out in 1992 during the cut-backs, too many years in and not enough rank. I was a E-4(P), cutoff for E-5 was 999 and I had in the mid to high 700's. During my last four years I diffidently saw allot of changes in the Army that weren't around in 1979-80 when I entered.

Tell them they are outside of Regulations, because as a recruit we are told if you see someone outside of regulations tell them. The worse thing that could happen is you get your ass chewed, but that leader will look like a bag because a private told you what you knew already. You are out of Regulations.
