So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Apparently RallyPoint is not the professional Military Network it portrays itself to be. To date, Ive seen military Officers jump on the bandwagon instead of taking the highroad and trusting the system that commissioned them to address the problem. Ive seen NCOs who think "No one is more professional than I....", do the exact opposite and Ive seen junior enlisted still serving motivated by the latter place themselves in jeopardy via the UCMJ by not adhering to the Army Social Media Handbook. For every action there is a reaction, we are the profession of arms and what I find more distressing than this "CSMs" hairstyle is the unethical, reckless abandon associated with this issue. Stick to the high road, use the chain of command, be the mentor your soldiers expect and demand you to be and if retired find other pursuits rather than to drag the institution that you dedicated part of your life to through the mud.

The question is if the soldiers here are so unprofessional how did they get there? Who did these NCOs fail? Was it because those in front of them failed to develop them? Is it just the overall lack of professionalism in the Army today? RP is just a vessel. I'll tell you today I know for a fact that the NCOs of her BDE have little faith in the professionalism of the Army when their BDE CSM was acting so unprofessional. I don't blame the soldiers here. I blame the NCO Corp for letting it get to that. They are only showing the culture of the Army today. This CSM is the standard bearer of the unprofessional NCO Corps. These soldiers are only the product of it.

Honesty is Mentorship! Professionalism does not preclude on point critique. No part of the military was redesigned to be nice. She is wrong, period, done, end of statement, Army values Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. Honor, Integrity and Personals Courage dictate somebody says something. I would have and I did when I served, got my ass chewed plenty. That is the way of the military people make the mistake of thinking that being professional has something with being nice or polite. wrong it has to do about acting withing a competency and applying standards and expecting those around to to the same. She is standing next what looks to be her commander or a commander in one of those pictures "what is Joe to think." the fact that this got to stars and stripes speaks volumes a bout this chain of command. I would have also posted it to the duffleblog.

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. I have now seen a female douche bag. Shitbags like her get promoted and the good ones get passed over. SMDH. So glad my career in the big, green machine is coming to an end in 2020.

What you do is continue to enforce the standards. It doubtful you can or will change the attitude of the CSM but you can be the best camper to follow and do what NCOs everywhere should be doing. Make sure you know and understand one uniform grooming and uniform standards and make sure those around you and those under you influence do as well.
