So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

the same way csm fedder made it we at the missile sight never liked fedder he did not fit in he was above average in every way but his social skills so we pushed him off to do other tasks and if there was a school we sent fedder pretty soon he passed all of us up for promotion and then the upper command found a lap dog that wound do their bidding and feder had nothing to loose no one cared for him , think about it

Maintain standard no matter what CSM does. Just because they are a POS doesn't mean that I have to be one. Take care of your own sh*t.

It is the duty of a senior NCO to see that other NCOs and enlisted soldiers adhere to military standards - in their appearance and actions. I want to believe this was properly corrected.

I'm glad someone is finally going to hold her accountable, but think about how many soldiers she corrected and how many corrected the CSM before she complied... Her O-6 surely could have said something to her while standing by the coffee machine right after PT, or were they too busy worrying about PT Belts...? Only joking about PT Belts of course... Then again, I retired in 1999 hence outdated, fat, going bald, take Motrin to get up, and Motrin before I go to bed... I'm sure AR670-1 changed to accommodate the CSM, no?

When you're at the CSM level in your career, the individual thinks he or she is untouchable. A true waste of tax payer dollors!Time to retire her ass!

There is a time and a place for everything. If that was me and I had a Master Chief dressed like that and doing the exact same thing, I would have decked the SOB in front of everyone, and then demanded an Article 134 in front of Everyone present so it could not be swept under the rug and in the same breath accuse the SOB of Article 92, and make sure I had a crack Sea Lawyer who would Article 46 all these pictures and everyone present who heard her mouth off at the practice and at any time previously in theater. If I am going down, I will take her with me, and any decent judge will see it for what it is and exonerate me for the actions as grief stricken, and bust that sorry excuse for a NCO down to mess cook and give them a Dishonorable Discharge, that way they can run for Congress as a Democrat. (if anyone has a problem with hitting a female, if they want to be seen as equal, and be in a combat area, then so be it. I trained females for men's jobs and was happy to do it.)

Smacking a superior is never a good idea, no matter what the provocation. The idea of striking a superior is totally anathema. No matter how justified, striking a superior will negate any argument you have toward correcting the original problem. You will have become the problem, and they will treat you as such and give you no quarter for your butt hurt. P.S. You don't hit the girl. I say again for possible penetration, you don't hit the girl. I guess your momma never taught you that.

SCPO Anthony Wingers - Hitting a Girl or Woman is one thing. Hitting an "Equal" is totally different. When Gloria Steinem started her crap and demanded that Women be seen as Equal as a man that started to run afoul of scriptures. BUT if they want to fill the same billets they get treated the same as a man. NO DIFFERENCE. If they act like a POS they get treated like a POS. Remember Andy Griffith in "No time for Seargents" All he saw was two Officers That's the was it should be.

You know better. That ain't ever gonna happen. Not now, not never. There is a double standard, and if you hit her, you would be a grease spot under the Navy shoe.

Well what else is new? The NAVY screwed me royally after Vietnam anyway along with a few thousand other Senior enlisted's. The rates were top heavy with well trained highly motivated sailors who were well on their way to careers when the Navy PnA'd us over and over again and told us there was no room for us at the top.and told us we could ship out. Thousands of Senior enlisted's left so the lowers could move up. All that knowledge left. Six months after discharge I received a call, The NAVY wanted me back They needed ME and my knowledge of the M61a1 Gun system because they were putting it onto Carriers and the Coral Sea now had the first Operational Sea Whiz system. I said sure Give me the stripe you held from me and the six months pay and Ill come back, They refused. I was already making double as a tailboard firefighter what I was making as a Senior Second class with 8 years. So like I said they Navy has been screwing itself and others for a while, and from what I read here the NAVY is not the only one. but still I would not trade my time in for anything on earth.

It's nothing new about women soldiers not complying with uniform standards. During my entire career I saw it over and over, anything from hair interferringvwith headgear to fingernails way too long. When anyone started to say anything they'd start the sexual harassment bullshit. It takes a heartless person to do what she did to that man kneeling at his brothers coffin. As for her being promted...bitch probably slept her way through the ranks with the right people.

Without knowing all the information about the incident and assuming the CSM in question has no severe mental problems she may have become calloused by constant exposure to sad situations. I remember one time as NCOIC of the Base Funeral detail back in the 1960s we had numerous funerals for Vietnam casualties and surrounding retired officers and enlisted men. On one occasion while waiting for a late funeral procession to arrive the Funeral Detail was joking around and laughing. Since there were several people already present to attend the burial I instructed the guys to cool it so as to not appear disrespectful while we had an audience nearby. I knew these guys meant no disrespect, it was just that they had participated in so many funerals it became "just another job" to them.
