So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

It has been a long time since I was under arms (ret in 1970) So many regulations have changed. I know nothing about how her hair should be, but I have never heard at any time about someone shouting at a grieving troop as he or she was saying goodbye to a fellow troop. I read her schools etc. and it seems she knows what to do. If she is doing what they say that tells me she is just, for some reason, refusing to do what is right. I don't have a lot of information, but this merits a complete investigation. Oh spiked heals with pointed toes in uniform. I just can't believe that.

There is to many chicken shots in today's Army afraid to say something, she will probably retire looking like a piece of shit. You should never be scared to correct someone on there uniform or grooming standards. She will probably pull a Muslim card on you too.

Let's just say I'm glad to be a Veteran and not have to filter myself anymore. Don't know that I could with someone like this. I'd tell her exactly what I think, especially when it comes to disrespecting a fallen soldier. For those still in uniform, you could always try the old "let's take our rank off and deal with this". I'm sure she would never go for it. Most like her never do, trust me I know. But at least you can call them out publicly and make them look like a bitch.

NCOs must maintain the standard and their commanders back them up. Counseling, yes! Checks of prior reports and schedule follow-up review. If a lapse in judgement should be the end of it. If not start the process.

Apparently she was spreading her legs for the man who could protect her position.

Leadership....what is it about that person you respect, that you would follow, endure hardship...even possible injury or death, because you can not bear the thought of disappointing them.
On the other hand, what about that leader who lacks basic standards and qualities which makes those question their judgement and skills as a professional.
Pattern yourself off those who you respect. Learn what they have, adopt their attitudes and philosophy....and become a great leader. Members of the military are a small minority of dedicated citizens who have choosen a path not well traveled by others. We are unique and must stay united as a team with one common goal. Everyone must be respected, yet disciplined when required. If that individual can not conform to the regs and becomes a chronic obstacle to the mission....they must be relieved.

One of the reasons I got out of the Army. To many people who just didn't give a damn.

I have a huge issue with this for anyone in leadership positions. You are the example. You influence but what you do or do not do. I have carried this approach into the civilian world and unfortunately, I tend to be disappointed. This soldiers ability to have the honor of promoting to this rank shows the failure of the leadership along the way, too.
