So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

I agree that shameful is the best description of both her behavior and that of her superiors.

There is lot of immature people that have a high rank. Rank does not make someone a good leader it just means somehow they were able to achieve their high rank. There is corruption everywhere. There are people that still out rank her , what are they doing about it!.

Pull out FM 22-100 and 22-5. Then drag her ass into your office and have her stand there at attention and ask her what the policy is for grooming standards, let her answer then ask her if she thinks she is within guidelines, then tell her to get her goat smellin ass over to the barber get it cut to regulations and report back to me by COB. If she doesn't write her ass up. This is the reason I got out in 2009. The ARMY aint what it use to be. I reasigned my comission in 1992 After coming back from Desert Shield Desert Storm after years of service and a Primary MOS 18A and Secondary 35G Bill was in I knew what was going to happen and it did put 1st BN 7thSFG out of commission for a while cause some many of us got out. 11 officers out of 23 reasigned cause of slick Willy
Today If I was still an officerr I would probably be a 2 star I was an 03(P) after Desert Storm. This CSM I'd have her ass in a sling and if she is that bad how the fuck did she become a CSM. Who's dick is she sucking and fucking. i did 35 years total service I was going to do 40 but fuck it not today. Im 56 now I'd go back in if they would let me but if I did I would sit on my ass for 5 years and tell you to go fuck yourself if you asked mer to do anything cause it aint like it wqaas and the ARMY haas become pussified. They have lowerd the standards for everything. Women in SF Q course and Rangers are yo9u fucking kidding me. You go did the shit hole for them oh and we can't pull that mission cause the bitch is bleeding, can it wait one week then we can. Sure can there Yogi I'll go tell Mr. Ranger. Fuck it. Get rid of this CSM and get some one that knows what being a CSM is and Means

Oh you guys didn't know, she's one of Obamanite girls . She looks like a feminazi that is waiting for anyone to say something to her so she can call out sexual harassment or racist. She's part of BLM and she has the IQ of a monkey.

The whole picture is totally screwed. They say that the standards are set for all in the military. These standards are NOT really enforced to both genders. This is SAD!!! I observed that when I was stationed in Great Lakes Illinois as staff for the US Navy. During this period, the military bearing I observed was totally UNSATISFACTORY at all level. All they wanted was for me to be quiet and be R.O.A.D. (Retired On Active Duty) I was NOT going to sit back and watch it go down the drain. I was attacked from all angles and knew it was a losing cause. It was probably why I did NOT make E8. This individual listed above probably got something on someone HIGHER in her chain of command (COC). Maybe she is SERVICING someone in her COC. Through my career I treated EVERYONE the same so someone could NOT say that I gave favoritism. Everyone wants to be treat the same.... Lets make it equal to all including physical readiness standards. YES!!!! There is a lot of issue that need to be FIXED but welcome to the NEW MILITARY!!!

After reading the above observation and reading other observations below, it appears that there has been a gross failure in leadership. Now this particular CSM's failure seems pretty obvious. But we can not ignore the failure of the other leaders who were not sufficiently alert to note the significant deficiencies in leadership nor sufficiently effective in the evaluation process in the evaluation process to document them. To have someone that is so lacking move to a position of respect is indeed shameful, as CSM Poll has correctly indicated. But that shame applies to the CSM... AND to the chain of command that allowed this travesty to happen.
It remains to be seen whether the courage and strength of character is available in the chain of command to research and document - if appropriate - a relief for cause evaluation. That will essentially nip the problem in the bud now. Unfortunate that the chain of command was not sufficiently agile or observant to catch and correct the problem early on.

It has been a long time since I was under arms (ret in 1970) So many regulations have changed. I know nothing about how her hair should be, but I have never heard at any time about someone shouting at a grieving troop as he or she was saying goodbye to a fellow troop. I read her schools etc. and it seems she knows what to do. If she is doing what they say that tells me she is just, for some reason, refusing to do what is right. I don't have a lot of information, but this merits a complete investigation. Oh spiked heals with pointed toes in uniform. I just can't believe that.

There is to many chicken shots in today's Army afraid to say something, she will probably retire looking like a piece of shit. You should never be scared to correct someone on there uniform or grooming standards. She will probably pull a Muslim card on you too.
