What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

As a buck sergeant even though I would be in the right I would voice my concern with my chain of command and my NCO support channel. If ignored and not provided with an appropriate and satisfactory solution I would utilize everything at my disposal to probably include my commanders open door policy. I'd use talkypoint seeking a solution, you name it

This is an interesting post and I have experienced situations like this on a number of occasions. The impediments to rectifying the situation are a superior rank and opposite gender. In this particular case you begin at the lowest managable level and you speak with one of her staff laterals who is a female and can "suggest" a behavioral change in a social setting. If this doesn't work, you then go above her to an officer, who should be a Captain or above, who is also female and can affect a change. This should be as far as it needs to go, but if there is superior female to go to, and there is some sort of collusion between the remale NCO and the Company, Battalion or Brigade Commander, then it becomes an IG issue, and this is what the IGs office is for. Document all the issues you have with dates, times and issues. Try not to be petty, but a senior NCO's job is to set an example for the troops and if this isn't happening, re-thinking her trip through the NCO acadamy my be in order. I have experienced a similar situation with a female LtCol, for which a interjected a female Captain that was exceedingly professional and well knowledged to buffer her. I had discipline and activity problems with female airmen and as a male officer, chose to use a female NCO to correct the issue. In a case where there could be a race issue, I chose a female NCO of the same race so that the only issue that could be addressed would be the Air Force regulation violation. If it is still published, the ArmY Field Manual AFM100-45 may make a good read WRT leadership and expected bearing. It may have been superseded since the Vietnam era though.

Somehow the standards have been lowered to a point that someone needs a severe ass kicking. There are too many soldiers, airmen and seaman who do not meet the weight standard. I was sitting in the picnic court of the BX the other day and four MSgts and a Chief came in for lnch, and I thought they werre the front line of a football team. Shape up people and take some pride in wearing the uniform (and that includes officers, especially the Medical Corps.)

well....looks to me she is going to pull the persecution card when she is confronted, If I had this young woman in my command, I would offer her two choices....get with the program ...or the one I would really push.....Involuntary separation with no pension
