What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

There is no way in Hell that this would have flown when I was in. NOT SQUARED AWAY doesn't even began to cover it. I am a Female Solider, served my time, did my job and did it well, and it wasn't Admin. I also had the Honor of Serving with the Cav. That Patch should be ripped off her shoulder along with her rank and stapled to her Dishonorable discharge for disrespecting the Uniform, the Army, and all of the Female soldiers who fought long and hard to give us the ground to earn the title and respect of being a solider. If this were a Male, there would be no news, there would be repremand, article 15, and discharge for conduct unbecoming, WHAT THE HELL????? Makes me totally wonder what happened to My ARMY??

Find an Officer around that wears professionalism on his chest and show him her, and stand out of the way.

Total shame and lack of leadership. When I was I was in for 7years AR 670-1 was the standard baseline. There are ways to exceed the standard not be disrespectful to your self unit and Army. I will tell you all that is 1 reason I left standards are not the same and pride in some soldiers and units is gone.

I would have to drop a dime on the CSM with the BDE Commander. The BDE Commander should have talked with her to get her to meet the standards of AR 670-1.

The thought of a CSM failing to meet military standards for appearance is appalling.
