What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?

The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

There has been enough on FB about this out of control CMS. Why in the he'll can'take they put her in her place, maybe E-4 and out the gate. Are all her supervisors like the gonnaday power? Make that balls.

Pull theCSM off to the side and let her know what see and if not corrected I would go to Commander

Can't imagine this at all. In the Corps, someone would have jumped in her sh*t long long time ago. Want to know the difference in the Corps and Army? You're looking at it and reading it. Hell, any Gunny would have pulled her aside. Hahahah stiletto's with a uniform? The earth would have opened up and swallowed her, the seas would have parted and the skies would have rained down punishment.

Oooonnooooo I would've lost it that CSM IS WAY OUTTA LINE .... Don't care what rank or no rank..... On the level she should've been court martialed for that amount of disrespect of the armed services..... And to top that MP .... I shiver at the idea other person in law enforcement that abuses their power ..... NO MAMES BUSINESS

Having served 2 tours in Vietnam and later as a civilian in Iraq 5 years. First lets look at this from a not too distant past (historically) "WWII D day" Medics were singled out by Nazi snipers ,knowing full and well , killing them would prevent the treatment of other wounded. Iraq and Afghanistan wearing her hair out places a target on her with the enemy knowing wounding her , will result in as many 4 other soldiers coming to her aid , thus exposing them as well. this is irresponsible on her part . In Iraq I noticed all the female from turret gunners to dismounted wore their hair in a bun up under their Kevlar helmets .There is plenty of time to flaunt your hair ,but while you are in ..get with the program or get out

there seems to be a problem with this CSM. I would take the photos up the chain to the next CSM .

You have done the right thing by exposing her flagrant disregard for military regulations.
It's obvious from her comments that she is prepared to play the discrimination card, gender and otherwise.
Her commander needs to grow a pair and take this soldier to task.
If she still continues in her old ways, then their is always "forced retirement"
As to the update, this is great, she needs the "riot act" read to her and if the problem is not solved, then show her the door...that leads out of her position of leadership and out of the military.
It's obvious from her comments that she is prepared to play the discrimination card, gender and otherwise.
