So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Personally I wouldn't say anything (just keep notes). She's the Brigade CSM? So then where is the Division CSM? And I am wondering how she got to such a rank and position (unless she crawled there!)

Hmmm, might have hade something to do with her knees. I don't believe this is something for the division SGM. What the HELL is her COMMANDER doing about this? There is no doubt that, ultimately, this is the commander's responsibility; keep in mind that she works directly for him and he writes her EER.

I read one comment that the Commander was CYA her, told one Officer who complained to basically shut up. Peter Principle to the Max.

As a CSM myself I have been Call Down Many times by the Col. The CSM has a BOSS. That being the Commanding Officer. The CSM is in charge of the enlisted personnel assigned the BN. The Col. however is the BOSS, he gives the CSM his marching orders as to HOW HE thinks the CSM should conduct him/herself according to the UCMJ, and all AR"S. ref: dealing with the dress of Military
Personnel. The COL.Is To BLAME HERE FOR NOT GIVING SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO THE CSM.

Retired on active duty or playing the sexual harassment card? wither way, she does should not serve as an example to younger troops. Discharger her for the good of the service.

Sounds like Core Values are missing in this CSM. Not to mention respect for human loss.

for this particular CSM, she has lowered moral with her unprofessionalism. I would have filed an IG complaint anonymously and incited others to do the same thing. In the Navy, each unit has to have all members do a survey of Command Climate and it anonymous. Any issues and an investigation is done

Simple pull her to the side and just to let her know she is out of regulation, if she does not change it, I would then go to the Commander and report her. Just that simple and for my rank and career she could not hurt it anyway. How can you tell someone to follow orders when the person above you does not- this is not do as I say not as I do. No one is above the regulation

Well chances are someone will accuse you of an EEOC violation of some sort of you say something but I say she is a piss poor example of a military member and should be instructed to be squared away.

Sorry to see this still goes on in military organization. How this or any person would be allowed to be advanced is puzzelling to me. The military isn't supposed to be politically correct and has long standing rules and regulations. Superiors should be reviewed and demoted if nessary to correct what has been going on.
