What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards? (CSM Flournoy)

So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:
"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."
What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?
What should the Army do about this?
(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)
**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

If you read the above comments, the CSM's BC supported her. There is no choice but to take it up the chain.

Makes it very difficult to make corrections on the troops when your CSM is not within the regulations. Lead by example

I think she is out of the military and working for AVON. Does anyone want a cosmetic party at their home?

First off, I am one of the "in my days" retiree. I have been retired longer than I was on Active Duty. I agree with most of what has been said. I was corrected on my "AFR 35-10" violations more than one time and I thanked the individuals (even the E2s).
After reading most of the comments, I wonder where it is written in the UCMJ that we have to be politically correct. It does say we have to follow regulations. Obviously, this has not taken place and someone with Army Green should have taken action. Immediate action. The military does not have minorities. All it has is Army Green, Marine Blue/Red, Navy Blue, Air Force Blue, and Coast Guard Blue. It has no gender. It does have Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Airmen, and Coasties. We all fall under the President of the United States. This is a sad case and should never have gone on this long.

I know exactly how how she go to where she is, and its not civilian education.
(Although that did help.) HA!

Personally I wouldn't say anything (just keep notes). She's the Brigade CSM? So then where is the Division CSM? And I am wondering how she got to such a rank and position (unless she crawled there!)

Hmmm, might have hade something to do with her knees. I don't believe this is something for the division SGM. What the HELL is her COMMANDER doing about this? There is no doubt that, ultimately, this is the commander's responsibility; keep in mind that she works directly for him and he writes her EER.

I read one comment that the Commander was CYA her, told one Officer who complained to basically shut up. Peter Principle to the Max.

As a CSM myself I have been Call Down Many times by the Col. The CSM has a BOSS. That being the Commanding Officer. The CSM is in charge of the enlisted personnel assigned the BN. The Col. however is the BOSS, he gives the CSM his marching orders as to HOW HE thinks the CSM should conduct him/herself according to the UCMJ, and all AR"S. ref: dealing with the dress of Military
Personnel. The COL.Is To BLAME HERE FOR NOT GIVING SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO THE CSM.
